Rates for this Self Catering Villa in Doral Woods

We aim to make payment as easy as possible for our guests at our self catering accommodation in Doral Woods. Our price covers 8 people and includes the state and local taxes, long distance telephone calls and internet connection. Pool heating ( recommended from October to April) is an additional £85 per week and prior notice is required. If you wish to use the six seater hot tub there is an additional charge £70 per week. If the pool heating and hot tub are taken together the charge is £120 per week.

  • Rates include 13% tax and end of booking clean.
  • Peak Season: Christmas, New Year and Easter ( week before and after).
  • High Season: July and August.
  • Mid Season: dates not covered by other seasons.
  • Low Season: January, February, November and early December.
  • Parties larger than 8 are charged £50 each additional person per week. The villa can accommodate up to ten people.
  • The daily rate is shown to help calculate periods which are not exactly one week. One night's stay is not available - there is a minimum charge of 5 nights and bookings of 7 nights or less are charged a cleaning fee of £70.
  • A welcome pack of groceries is available for £45.
  • We can invoice in GBP or US$.
  • We accept pound sterling cheques or US dollar checks drawn on a US bank. Alternatively we can arrange for electronic transfers or receive international money orders in US dollars.
  • On booking we request a non-returnable deposit of 25% to secure the booking and a completed booking form. The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. At the same time a deposit of £200 is taken against any damages. On receipt of the balance and the damage deposit we shall supply the key/key collection details. We will return the £200 deposit at the end of your holiday provided no damage has been reported by the management company.
  • Renters must ensure that they are adequately covered by insurance for cancellation and liability.

Our local management company offers a meet and greet service at the airport. Some guests find this helpful especially after a long flight. Please contact us for up to date information if you are interested in this service and an explanation of how it works.

We are also able to organise specific requests such as flowers, champagne or a caterer for a special occasion as well as baby sitting. You tell us what you want and we will do our best. Please give us plenty of time for the more challenging requests!

Should you wish to have a mid term clean then let the local management company know when you arrive. This would be at an additional cost, to settle with the management company. We strongly recommend this for a 3 week holiday.
